BUZA was created by two Lebanese sisters living across continents, dreaming of building a small bridge between the cultures and flavors that shaped us growing up.

Our Ordering System
We release our pints in limited weekly drops every Saturday.
We'll always announce drop dates and times on our Instagram stories (@scoopyourbuza).
Once the drop goes live, pints will be available to order directly through here, until they sell out.

Our story
BUZA is Lebanese ice cream with a New York address.
Founded by two sisters born and raised in Lebanon, BUZA brings the flavors, textures, and traditions we grew up with to freezers across NYC. Our mission is simple: introduce more people to the ice cream we know and love, while giving it a fresh place in today's dessert culture.
We launched with one flavor that means everything to us: Ashta. A creamy, floral Middle Eastern classic that's been part of family gatherings, beach days, road trips, and childhood memories for generations. It's our first pint, but definitely not our last.
Today, you'll find BUZA in New York City. Tomorrow, we hope to bring a taste of home to freezers all across the United States.
